Tyto karlovarské knedlíky už vařila moje babička- v žádné fólii, ale v utěrce! Vždycky ke svíčkové! Měl by to pan Pohlreich uvádět asi jako karlovarský knedlík a ne podle svého jména!

Děkuji p. Pohlreichovi , knedlíky nemaj chybu , dělám z 20ti rohlíků které nechám přes noc oschnout pod útěrkou , druhý den se lépe krájí , při zadělávání těsta ještě přilévám mléko a dělám řidší konzistenci těsta. Muškátový oříšek to zvedné o třídu ! vařím v mikrotenových sáčcích ( 400 g.těsta na sáček) mi vyjde na šest knedlíků ( 1 knedlík jsou tak 2 porce ) . Jo a jsem chlap a když je zvládnu já tak snad i šimpanz :-)
